Idle issue

My car idle bounces up and down.... Coolant is full and i already cleaned the iacv.... It is missing the o2 sensor but not sure if that would cause it... The only other thing i can think it might me is the heater core.. Any other help

Try getting an o2 sensor and are you throwing any codes?

O2 sensor doesnt change idle, you may have a vacuum leak somewhere, or you need a valve adjustment.
Changing the entire ignition system wouldnt hurt either.
