My dad and his girl friend are doing paper work on purchasing a new house :thumbup:

My parents are in the process of finishing their divorce, So far from what they are near on a agreement with is my dad sells this house and they split it in half which is about $380K on both sides, Maybe more... Zillow.com says this house is worth $760K but thats not includeing about $50K+ in upgrades like Central air, remodeling everything etc...

Anyways, There going to buy furniture and start setting it up in the house so we dont have to move much, Like there going to start on the bedrooms... Then living room etc...

I havent seen the house yet... From what i heard its 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, central air, inground pool (backyard), 3 car garage, 2 storys... I think it cost $710K... It's in Tracy, Ca... Which is about a hour from sacramento and about a hour from where i am at now :???:

Houses in Tracy are cheap for some reason... They just started building houses there in like 2000 so most of the real estate there are less then 6 years old.

for real. just think omi... if they got that same house but in PA it would probably only cost about half that.

my aunt and uncle just moved here from cali. had this tiny 3 o r4 bedroom 2 bath house... 1 floor... tiny yard... sold it for $500k. cali is WAY too expensive

Well compared to the rest of the city's thats cheap... We were on the market looking at houses for 2 months.

Other citys were alot more expensive, Like livermore... Same house would be about $900K there.

my parents have a 5 bed, 3 1/4 bath, 3 car, fully landscaped, about 4800sqft finished basement with a theater room/game room, weight room/ office, and on top off that plenty of toys to accomedate with in UTAH $400k thats not including the toys

So... After some research and searching... All i knew of the house was that i posted above... And the street name.

So i looked up zillow.com and only 3 houses on that street have a pool... So i searched the addresses on google and on the 1st one... There it is on this realtors website.
