Indexing spark plugs?

How would I go about this? (Having the spark plug gap pointing toward the intake valve)

Spark plugs and they're holes only have one thread start in the helix. It's only gonna go in one way. The only way to change that is to use a small spacer seats that sit at the spark plugs torque shoulder to stand it off to the proper part of the helix.

Just as Kyle said you're going to need washers.

Aren't crush washers used for sealing, not locking? That's what lock washers are for.

I don't see the point. Its mute to even attempt to "index" the spark plugs.
It is possible to find a few horsepower in high powered applications while dyno tuning. On the street though, you will never know whether you're actually helping or hurting your power.
