integra 2000 gs-r red passenger mirror

Hi,
I am looking for help on whats the best way to replace the driver side mirror on my beloved 2000 acura integra gs. Wife backed it out of gargage and driver side mirror is trashed. Any tips of DIY approach or otherwise are appreciated.

Where do I get the exact part that matces the Milano red color.
How can I replace. Can I get it done at any auto shop?

Automotive touchuppaint. Or something like that. Google it. As to the mirror. Pull the triangle piece off the door and the door skin. There's 3 bolts and a clip.
