High NOX - Failed Smog - New Member
For Christmas my wife bought me a 1992 Acura Integra, Automatic Trans, power windows, blah, blah, anyways, my car also failed due to high NOX. I ran a couple of bottles of GUMOUT Fuel Treatment and topped the tank off with 91 octane and that brought my numbers down, 15mph my readings were 822 and at 15ph they were 675, after running the fuel treatment at 15mph, 525 and at 25mph 573. I put another bottle of the treatment in and at the end of the week, I'll fill it with 91 again, so far that seems to be helping, and also the car has 245,000 miles on it.
If any one has any other tricks I can try, I'm up for any suggetsions.
