Is it bad to hit fuel cut?

I was wondering if its bad to hit fuel cut now and then in a stock gsr...its a solid motor but it is stock

I personally wouldn't take your GsR to the rev limiter. You stop making power around 7600RPM's so even if you are wanting to haul ass, you aren't doing yourself any good by going past 7600RPMs. You may be turning the crank, but it's not pullin any harder.
