Is this a CAI?

The original owner of this car told me this was a CAI but I'm noticing most intakes go all the way down to the bumper. Is this really a SRI or just a different style of CAI?

pic didnt work. but if its not in the bumper its not a full CAI. it may be custom fabbed.

That sir, is a short ram intake.

Cold air intakes either have an icebox with a cold air feed, or the filter is located in the fender well or right behind the front bumper, away from the heat of the engine bay
