Is this a flywheel or flywheel insert

Ok i just recently spoke with a member about a flywheel that i am selling. I just want to make sure that i am giving correct information on this part. Please correct me if i am wrong so i can adjust any information on my thread. PICTURE OF THE SAID PART.....I'm not trying to be a dick I just want to make sure I'm giving correct info.
