Hi all, I've been doing some road tripping in the teg and thought I'd make one thread in rides for all future updates.

Have just finished a 800KM round trip through 5 prefectures in central Japan. Since there's a limit of 30 pics per post I'll have to spread them out across several posts.

About a month ago I picked up one of these:

On the road again after passing through central Nagano where the traffic was crawling:

Now entering Gifu which is where the jap plates for my Z were originally stolen from and sold to me via ebay. :rotfl:

Tight ratios. It's in KPH but to give you an idea it uses around 3300rpm @ 60MPH.

And we've entered Nagoya in Aichi. I stayed for a few nights again with my mate who lives out here. Traffic is terrible because Japanese lights aren't regulated with sensors, they're all timed.

Early start to avoid the morning traffic, had to ride 3 miles to get to my car because there's limited parking in the cities. Lucky I brought the bike along.

Came across a JDM DC5R, that dude needs to clean his car:

Oh man <3 factory HIDs.

More whoreage pics:

So tempted to just launch it...

Rural Aichi/Gifu, possibly some of the best roads I've EVER driven:

Pulled over for a photo session:

Entered Toyama, more scenic driving:

No more mountains, nearing the coast:

No beaches, just sheer cliff faces. Great driving roads though, kinda reminds me of the coastal track in the original NFS.

Back in Niigata, one of the small coastal villages to finish things off:
