Jumpy car, low rev.

Sometimes when im driving, just any random time, in low rpm's... my car will start jumping REALLY BADLY, kinda like when u shift badly or something and its really constant until I get higher in rpm's. Then when i shift and the rpms go back lower then it happens again, then my check engine light will come on. Im going to check it out later but i hope this isnt anything serious.

Probably a misfire, I would do a tuneup and probably needs a coil, coils are notorious on these. I learned that the hard way a while back

id say before it does that shift down or u might have something esle going on
