oo i heard an exhaust can add like 20-30 hp tho
You should point and laugh at whoever told you that. That is incorrect.

Aside from approximately 5-10 whp from Intake, header, and exhaust bolt-ons, look foward to improved throttle response and the likes.

Also, if you wanted a car that went fast in a straight line then you made two mistakes. The first being it is an automatic, and the second a naturally aspirated Integra. Fortify the interals, install a turbo setup, and have it tuned as a bare minimum. (on an automatic be prepared to spend around 2-4 thousand dollars on beefing it up to handle the extra power) and then you move quicker. If you wanna go fast in a straight line I suggest on a different car lol.

200 HP is not an easy task on an LS. Auto tranny isnt going to matter if he has to spend 2k to get his engine up to speed.

You might get 5whp.

Intake, Header, and Exhaust help the car breathe better, because the current parts are restrictive. The upgrade only helps so much though, and more gains would be seen from these supporting mods with internal engine work.

If you want to see 200 WHP.

Higher compression pistons
Aftermarket cams (Crower/Brian Crower) with valvetrain.
- A CRV P8R head is the best flowing non-vtec head around, and will help you in your power goals.
- You could, on the other hand, have your head ported and polished once you have the internals done.
Lightened flywheel
A good tune.

Gotta pay to play. $1000 isnt going to get you too far. You can probably buy an intake and header, and get an axle back with the money you have.
This is very true. Your going to have to spend some money to get any horsepower out of an automatic. Save up swap in a vtec engine or put a supercharger or a turbokit on the motor you have now. Your going to have to build the motor up if your going to do either of those.
