Just installed HID but now only 1 fog works

So, I just got my new 1 piece HID headlights installed. and found out that only one fog works.

I had to unplug the other one beacause if both of them are plugged in, it shorts out the fuse. I have gone through alot of fuses and tried many different things, and now I don't know what to do.

A friend of mine recommended that I get 12v H3 bulbs? Because he thinks that there is too much power in the system now.

I was wondering if anyone else has any ideas, before I go out and buy new bulbs...

i have heard of people installing hid kits and their headlight wiring gets fried from the larger amounts of current going through them, the only fix is to re-wire the headlights, if thats your problem

What type of headlight? Aftermarket one piece?

aftermarket one pieces, from ebay with built-in HID 6000K. They worked both worked when I first turned them on, but I think when the current really started to move it fried my fuse.

How on earth do I go about rewiring?!

try turning the connector upside down and connecting it
