Just picked up my first Integra (95 LS)

Hey, have been lurking around these boards for a while when I was looking into grabbing one of these and seemed like a good site, so here's what I've got.

Before now I've always driven Honda/Toyota beaters and Point A to Point B cars, 85 Accord, 86 Camry, 93 Accord, have another 97 Accord still that's getting near 300k. I just drove those daily and did the typical maintenance and tune ups anyone can do (oil change, plugs, etc.).

Now that I've got a place with a big garage and the last Camry threw a rod I decided it was time to get something a little more fun and something I can use as a project to learn more DIY and tackle problems myself.

This is what I got, for next to nothing. 190K but cared for extremely well with extensive documentation on service and nobody modded or messed with anything:

It's an automatic LS so some day down the road I might look into a swap and manual for more performance, but not in the near future.

First things are going to be doing the belt/wp which was last done around 105k. Only nagging problem is the sunroof doesn't work so I may tackle that soon also.

$1200 for the car, got $300 for junking my blown up Camry, considering the condition it's in I think I got a decent deal.

Damn I just payed 2k for 94 in way rougher shape with a recon title and the odo doesn't work...so I'm guessing as per say the owner it's about 150k miles. But, the front end was damaged and he swapped another b18b into it..a bit sketchy but after test driving a few integras I knew it was what I wanted.. still kicking myself for getting an automatic though..

/jealous..

Looks good man, got any big plans for her?

Big plans down the road would be a manual swap. I'm lucky to have a friend who is a honda tech but it would be a while down the road.

It's harder to see in the pics but the rust on the back panels and the faded paint are probably what I need to take care of first after the regular tune up stuff.
