Keyless Entry won't work, unable to disable alarm and start car...

Hi I'm a new member. I have a 1994 Acura Integra GSR. This morning my remote wouldn't unlock the car. When I used the key to unlock it my factory alarm started going off. I replaced the battery in the remote but the results are the same. Should I go to a dealer and order a new remote, or is there an issue with my security system?

Post a picture of ur remote. Some Dealers intall aftermarket alrams, hook it up to the car horn and call it "Factory".

Okay well I opened up the remote. The brass pad for the battery contact was worn down, so we repositioned the tab and it works good as new. Thanks!

i have been reading instruction on how to program the factory remote, but everyone seems to put instruction for honda are they the same for an 01 integra ls??? need help i really want keyless entry and refuse to pay for programming instructions, that shit is whack!!!
