Pros:

Better gas mileage
Easier to move friends around
Working A/C
Quiet​

Con:

Slower than dirt
the rear speakers don't work
no cd player​

all the cons can be fixed (minus the speed) for relatively cheap and easy, so for me it works out for the better.
