larry, 90 Integra won't start

90 integra i replaced the dist,spark plugs .wires the car is getting fire,and fuel it cranks over but wont start,good compression,60 psi on the fuel,checked timming belt and every thing is good,any ideas even replaced the pcm.

what mods do you have done to the car? 60psi is quite high for a stock motor. Have you tried all your grounds or a new ecu?

ignition switch? just throwing it out there cuz i had a starting issue as well. rpms go up when i tried to start it but would immediately die when i let the key go. just another thing to troubleshoot
