Hey guys and gals(i've taken note of one lolz),
Im doin research. I have been around cars all my life but I've never actually rebuilt a motor. I want to completely redo mine and im not sure which way to go. I need to learn all the terms and what they mean. I'm not ashamed to say i'm ignorant in the talk of tuners. If there is a link to tell me about the lingo that would be terrific(i.e. OBD1, OBD2, b18a1 b18a2, etc...) I wanna do everything I can to my motor, replace or rebuild to new everything possible so that I can get the best out of my teggy. I love my car and am always trying to learn. I will post a thread when I actually start so yall can all see the process. Also, I'm stuck on whether I should do turbo, NOS, VTEC etc) what is the best was to build an LS motor? Whats more powerful and durable? My bro's friend put a GSR(need to know this term too lol) on an LS motor but I heard the bottom end can't handle it. But keep in mind I'm gonna rebuild EVERYTHING. Please let me know if you can contribute. Thanks
