lifters are ticking

Hey guys so I think my lifters are starting to tick. Should I just get a tune up and everything? Or should I look into getting a valve adjustment? What would be better?

Forgot to ask if this was a VTEC engine or not. But if it is a VTEC, flat blade scree driver will work. They are located under the VTEC rocker. Most of the older engines suffer from spring coil binding. If you press them down and if they pause when you release, you may want to think about replacing them in the future.

I know honda fuel ejectors are unusually loud, they tick so loud you can hear them whil driving or at a stop sign.

Non VTEC doesn't have lma's. So just valve adjustment..

I'm a fucking retard sometimes... Owned a honda for a year now, Rebuilt the head on a D series and still didn't realize that I just told someone to check the lma's on a non vtec....
