I recently changed my radiator fluid and thermostat and have since noticed that my headlights (both high and low) and even my dome light flicker when the car idles. Once I apply gas/air and get the rpms increasing, the flicker stops, but as soon as I let go, they flicker. I just noticed it after the change; it may have been doing this before then, though. My car idles around 600-700 RPM if it matters. The voltage across the battery is 12.3V normally and 14.2V when running, so I doubt it is the alternator. This is a stock '95 RS with a new alternator and head unit, but that's it. What could be causing this?
