Looking for some help on buying a new long block.

Hey there everyone.
Recently my stock auto 2000 integra ls engine went out on me at about 190K miles :(. After looking around a bit I think the cheapest quickest fix is a b20b replacement long block.
Luckily I live locally to hmotorsonline and hopefully can pick something up and not have to worry about shipping.

I do have a few questions though.
I know hmotorsonline has a good reputation. Does anyone here have any experience with them? Or have any tips when purchasing from them?
There are two variations of the b20b that catch my eye
142Hp 132Trq 9.2 Compression (P8R Head)
146Hp 133Trq 9.6 Compression (99-00)
Any recommendations on which of the two might be better or might fit my needs better?

I've read that the b20b should fit right in and be good to go.
Aside from changing my IM is there anything else I should be aware of when doing the swap?
The longblock comes with all of these items included.
- Motor
- Intake Manifold
- Exhaust Manifold
- Injectors
- Fuel Rail
- Throttle body*
- Distributor
- Alternator

Aside from the block and head almost everything on my Current engine runs fine.
Which of the parts will I have double of and will have to sell or can do without?
(or maybe you even suggest keeping the one sent if in better condition)

Lastly seeing as this is my first car and first engine going out, what usually happens with the old engine in a situation like this? All Info is welcome and appreciated Thank You!
