Loose front camber

I noticed that my front passanger camber / upper a arm is loose. I could easily move it from side to side. I tried tighting the two bolts on there but they are already tight. Any ideas? Both front camber kits are aftermarket not sure what brand. This is on my 96 LS

Ball joint or the two bushings in the control arm. Another words replace the UCA.

Okay bushings were indeed shot, i replaced the whole control arm. As I pulled out the coilover I noticed that the bump stop was also shot and fell out into pieces. Once I put everything back together I noticed that the wheel sits about half an inch lower than the other wheel (maybe because the torn bump stop fell out into pieces ?) Also, for some reason the alignment is off now. It turns to the right which is the side of we're the control arm was replaced (aka passanger) . Any ideas..? Was replacing the upper control arm with a OEM the cause of the alignment issue. All tires have good thread.
