So I just installed my Injen SP SRI yesterday, and I went out to hear it this morning, drove around a bit. And I'm noticing a pretty loud squeaking sound coming from the intake around 2800~3500 RPMs. An area I stay in a lot, hence, you can hear the sound a lot. It's annoying as f*ck.
I've heard that aftermarket Intakes don't have the resonators that stock airboxes do have, these resonators take away the sound of the butterfly valve in the throttle body moving around. However, I can't imagine it's moving around when I'm sitting at the same RPM...so what could it be? Has anybody else had this problem?
