Low beams not working

Im having some trouble trying to figure out what's going on with my head lights when I turn on my low beams they won't go on but if I switch to highs they go on. I checked the under dash fuses and they both look fine. Could there be a chance that both low beams blew out at the same time?

I'd start with the bulbs. Trace the wiring for shorts and see what you find.

How old are the bulbs? If they are over a year old I would just buy new ones and see if that fixes it. I have had headlights go out days apart. Always replace in pairs.
