Low RPM Hesitation/Shutter

So I got a problem in the low RPMs with my DA. From a cold start, i can drive away fine, no problems. But when the car gets warmed up, theres a bad hesitation or bogging below 3k and the car kinda shutters or jumps a bit. But then smoothes out above the 3k. Ive already done plugs and wires, I am gonna go buy a new fuel pump and filter today, and the dizzy is newer as well. Anybody got any other suggestions?

Ill try those as well. I just grabbed a new fuel filter but lack of tools, so tomorrow.
