BTW what's spring rates mean exactly? I know I can search but since I'm here and you guys are up might as well ask lol
The numbers you see as the rates (either in kg or lbs) are how much weight it takes to compress the spring (1mm for kg/1inch for lbs). So a spring rated at 500 would take 500lbs to compress it 1 inch, 1000lbs to compress 2 inches, etc.

The higher the number, the stiffer the ride.

Stock LS springs are 250F/120R, OEM Type-R springs are somewhere around 250F/250R. The Tanabe's I have are 302F/235R.

The stiffer the spring, the more bouncy, uncomfortable and hard the ride will become.

That's how far it lowers the car. Pretty sure those are S-Techs, which is what Ganyon had on his Integra before he decided to drive a breadbox.

I was about to post those pictures. I love s techs. I'mean using them on my xb too. If you want to feel a big difference in handling then get a subframe brace and larger rear sway bar.
