LS vtec Stumbles on acceleration until VTEC engages

Okay...an update on my LS vtec...No CEL's, and...i think it got worse... I haven't been driving it around or anything i have my eg to take me around, But uhhh i decided to make a vid so some of u guys can maybe help me further...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9igSOYSyNV8

Btw...this is the first time my car has died on me like this...O_O;;...lol i kind of panicked but luckily i was near my dad's house already...

okay, so the timing was off, but me and a friend fixed it all, but it still stumbles...hard as i described ...but now it just wont start at all anymore...it just died on me after i drove it back to my house...after fixing everything, iuno what to do...any ideas?...please help...
