if your engine is moving when shifting... you dont need the upper motor mounts... you need to replace the lower left and right side torque mounts.... or do what i did... buy the "Energy Polyurethane torque mount inserts" and install them... MUCH stiffer... and only $50 shipped or so from ebay....

here are the ones i ordered
http://www.ebay.com/itm/190480055460?_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649&item=190480055460&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK:MEWNX:IT&vxp=mtr

or you can order from our store here...

You insert them and install them into your current lower torque mounts.. and it stiffens them up. If you find the lower mouts are actually torn to pieces or broken though.. you should replace them with OEM replacements... then install the polyurethane inserts.

I wouldn't recommend the ES inserts for a daily driven auto, no need for them, it'll just make the interior vibrate more. Just put some new OEM torque mounts on and be done with it.

I have the ES inserts on my GSR now, vibrates the dash and door panels, I'm contemplating taking them back out.

I would be careful with aftermarket ones too, the torque mounts I took off my car where some cheap Chinese made aftermarket ones that weren't as beefy as the OEM ones.

You can search for them all here, just enter your year and model - http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=214999

The mounts are under Engine, Mounts

I recommend those guys for OEM parts because their prices are good and it's free shipping on everything. I've compared them to OEMAcuraParts and while OEM is slightly cheaper on their prices, the shipping it high.

wasnt aware you were an auto... so yeah i would just recommend OEM or aftermarket torque mounts....

OEM would be best and last longest... but i doubt you will have any issues with the aftermarkets for cheaper.... (though if i remember right... the acura ones arent very expensive)

DO some searching yourself... or call a dealer to fine the parts you want.
