Anyone know where I can get syncromesh with friction modifier (link pls) or, if I go wth something like redline or something what weight should I use?

well honda transmission fluid for an integra is similar to 5w-30 i believe - my question is why do you need it?

My teg has almost 200k on it and the fluid has never been changed. And its been shifting like crap for a few months now so I figure ill change the fluid and see where it goes fromthere.

I would honestly just put regular honda MTF in it - i know some ppl use the GM syncromesh as well.
