Jeff Even? Friend of mine had his turbo RSX tuned by him in PA. I would of sworn that the same red NSX I saw in Maryland some where maybe in Rockville.

Sick R! Jeff Evans, is he the one with the eg on Honda tuning? Fastest all motor on the west coast or something like that and got tuned by Parris Engine Dynamics?

As for Jeff, Jeff Evans is my tuner, so I do know him. He owns Evans Tuning in Bangor, PA. His Integra set a world record at MIR last year, going on an 8 second run in full street trim. Unfortunately it hit a wall and stopped competing. This year he's building a civic hatch, hopefully that will be running by the end of the season. He's extrememly knowledgable and skillfull at building engines/tuning.
