my 92 teg wants to die sumtimes or cut out

heres the deal sumtimes when i start my teg it idels high then when i try to give it gas it cuts out and wants to die after i warm it up it seems fine but that still seems like a problem what baout if i have to get the hell outta sumwhere and my car iz cutting out lol,,,,, and also when im on the high way sumtimes when i start to get it it cuts out ,, iz this the same problem or are they not even related ,, thanks for any help

when is the last time it had a tune up...plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, cap and rotor
