My cooling fans won't come on

Hey everyone my cooling fans won't come on. I changed the cooling fan relay my boyfriend changed the cooling fan switch but they still won't work. He said it's rare that they would go out at the same time... Does anyone know what the problem could be? I know I can wire a switch to power them on but I rather fix it... Thanks in advance!!!

Turn on the ac full blast they should come on.

But thats just the condenser fan, not the cooling fan.

Check for loose connectors from the engine harness to the fans.

Search for a online FSM and it should have a diagnose procedure.

When the switch is jumped, the fans work? If not, I would test for breaks in the wires and test the fan motors with a multimeter. Also, IIRC the A/C and cooling fan relays should be interchangeable. You can swap them around if you know one is good.
