I have my vtec engageing at 4400 also. You really don't want it lower because it cuts in too much during daily driving. Graph looks good, not bad for the mods. You could probablly advance your ignition a little more at the 5-5.5k mark to smooth it out. Vtec changeover looks very smooth.

i have vtec set to not crossover unless i go past 65% throttle therefore i save on gas and dont have that issue.

I have mine set to 40% throttle. Minimum speed of 9mph and minimum temp of 153 degrees.
