I'm hoping he made it and didn't buy that from somewhere. If he tried making one, he probably discovered it's not that easy- but if he bought it someone halfassed it.

it actually has 3 the red stitching..u cnt see it cuz its in the back...one dont have it..

That's so weird, I had never seen a 4pc boot with only 3 seems having decorative stitching. To me it looks just as bad as when someone has 3 aftermarket wheels on their car, and one stock wheel.
