Need a performance chip

No suggestions. There are no "one-size fits all" performance chips.

If you want your car chipped, it must be tuned real time. Thats either on a Dyno, or by someone with a laptop and doing pulls on the street, to adjust your fuel/ignition maps for maximum performance. A real tune is going to run you $300 plus. Way our of your price range.

You have to pay to play.

runnning the right sized exhaust and a cat will give you torque also a shorter tranny will maximize the torque you have

depends on what you have done to your motor. 190+whp requires a 2.5" a turbo requires a 3" a k20 equipped integra NA needs a 3"
