if i fully built it all motor how much hp will it have with stock sleeves i want like 270hp is that possible

The sleeves can handle 300-350 probably, regardless, you're not getting 270 hp out of an all motor B18C1. You'd need to sink a lot of money into the motor and end up with something that was not very street able to get into the 225 hp range.

My friend has an N/a GSR thats running 280ish Whp. Hes aiming for 300. He spent 8k so far with a lot of the labor done by him. Except his 1.8L B18C1 is now a 2.3L B18C1. If you wont do the work yourself, then go F/i. He also had to have a couple custom parts to his liking.

Stock bottom end maybe, there are people pushing 500+ hp with forced induction on these motors.

your C1 wont be a stock bored motor any more. I suggest re sleeving it or doing a block guard. i would resleeve cause block guards seem sketchy to me. Skunk2's pro2 motor dyno'd at 275whp but was b20 vtec. Buddy Club cams can probably make about the same, but with higher numbers your compression needs to go up drastically, to like 13-14:1 and grow in displacement
