What are the best cams for a k20.

In the latest Honda Tuning Mag. there using Toda A3 cams and high performance valve springs. I believe with just skunk2 header, toda cams, Toda timing chain, tensioner, BluePrint Racing Valves, Retainers, Head Prep, Hondata: FlashPro, RRC (Civic Type R) intake manifold and port-matched OEM throttle body (65mm). This set up with a dyno tune made 256 whp and 181 torque

Yea i was very surprised. I bet it wasn't cheap either. But then again quality parts never are cheap.
