Need Help Finding a Teg

I've been looking for 'Tegs for a while and have found nothing good. Please help me find a:
97 and newer Teg (doesn't matter GSR, LS, etc.)
Stick
Less than 100,000 miles
Less than $6000 (VERY limited budget, still in school)
Located In WI, cant go to far out of state

where have you looked? local paper/papers online classifieds? craigslist? ebay? autotrader.com? cars.com? theres lots of places make sure you have found them all...
