Hey everyone im new to this. I need some help. So i dnt have a integra but im thinking about trading my crx for a 1992 acura integra gsr. My main question is will it pass smog if it didnt have the b17a1 motor instead it has a ls motor? Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance guy

Yes and no. A lot of smog guys wouldn't even notice. So assuming the engine runs fine and they just hook it up and test it, you should be good. Generally swapping motors at all, even for a crappier one is illegal though, but that depends state to state.

Are you sure it is a gsr?

Doesn't the car need to be bar'd?

I believe in CA you can swap motors but they need to be in the same class. You can't put a truck engine in an integra.

I'm in cali. I'm pretty sure any swap has to be bar'd for it to be legal.
