need help lowering my car

can i just buy coilovers and replace the rear springs and the front struts with the coilovers? if not how can i lower it?

you have multiple choices....

1) buy a real set of coilovers. the preferred brand is Function & Form Type 1s i believe. They are ~600

2) buy ground control coilover sleeves. I would suggest buying Koni yellow struts to go along with these.

3) get lowering springs like Teins or Eibach Sportline (what I have) and get a set of new struts with these....

if you have a g1 teg (since its posted in the G1 part) they you wont have coils on the front..
If you put coils on the front then take them off or you will bend your towers and be SOL
We have torsion bars.. either reindex them, or lossen the ride height nut under the car
could always use the search bar

Thank you guys for the help. I think I am going to but some ground control coil overs for the rear and just loosen the torsion bar for the front.
