Need help with tail lights

my 93 integra's rear lights have a problem...
when the lights are on, the inner left side and the outer right side lights don't turn on, but when i brake, they all work like theyre suppose to..

this happened after i got rear ended by a firetruck :|

Did your tail lights crack? Did you check if all the light bulbs are good?

^ yep, check your bulbs + fuses.

the bulbs are perfectly fine.. they work when i apply the brakes, just not when the lights are suppose to be on driving in the dark etc... would the fuse still be a possibility? how do i check it?

Brake lights have 2 'filaments' however you call it. So your driving lights are on and they get brighter when you stop on the brake. Check of both filaments are good inside the bulds

switch the bulbs socket thing to where they light normal looking

thanks guys! it turns out it was the filaments so i just changed the bulbs and now they're working perfectly :thumbs up
