Hey guys, I've built a few honda engines before but I've always used the stock oem internals when building. I am now building my first real performance engine using aftermarket performance parts and I have a few questions I know you guys can answer.
Basically I just picked up a b16a2 head off a 99 si. The head has stock valves, type R springs, and Crower stage 2 N/a cams (crower, not Brian crower cams). The head is already set up for lsv. I'm planning on using a b18a short block to go lsv with.
Basically I'm curious as to what pistons I should run in the block. Having bigger cams, I'm not sure what pistons to run with interference and all that. I was told for the block to run pr3 pistons to raise compression. What oem Honda pistons do you guys think I should run that won't give me any issues. Keep in mind I'm planning on dailying this engine
