needs some help with cluster swap

i just got a 2001 gsr cluster to replace my ls cluster and when i put it in it seems fine but my turn signals light stay on and when i turn them left or right the tach goes up or down or it just stops ?? what is goin on idk what it is

idk what it was but i fixed it i just took out the gsr gauges out of the housing and put them in my ls housing and they work fine idk??

mine did the same thing i needed a new cluster, ive been told you just need to switch the green backing over to the new housing but if its all fixed then i guess that is also a solution

Its definitely the green film in the back. I have 94-97 cluster and 98-01 cluster. Just swap them and you'll be fine
