New suspension setup. yes or no? and need help looking for wheels.

Looking for some nice wheels to put on the integra but don't want to spend around 1k just yet.
I want something with a lower offset somewhere around these specs.15x8 +13 on a 4x100 bolt pattern. Any suggestions welcome and any negative comments keep to self please.

Wheelfire.com has a good selection with decently priced wheel/tire combos. I personally like oem wheels and Honda has a great variety, I'd look into getting some strut tower bars also.

Have you rolled your fenders yet? Be prepared to do that when you get the rims. You will be in for some rubbing.
