New to tegs

hey guys i just got a 90 integra 4 door and very new to this scene... have been driving subarus for over 7 years so got that down so the acura/honda is totally new to me. Just bought the 90 gs for very cheap. Engine runs fine and intereior in great shape, but the body is rough. So a few quick questions for you guys?

-parts from a coupe and 4 door interchangeable?
-never replaced control arms, are they that great and how is the install?
-want to lower the car, any good combos?
-suspension wise what else would i need to make this thing turn teh way i want them to?

i just recently changed my control arms 2 days ago. wasnt bad at all. took about 15-20 minutes per side.
im not sure bout coupe and 4 door interchangeables. depends on what your trying to fit.
suspension wise, i see alot of people goin with the one piece suspension. but if your workin on a budget
kyb's and eibachs are pretty good. thats what im on, and i have NO complaints.
