new to turbo

ok.i have a 2000 gsr and i wanna turbo. it has b18c1. i know i want eagle rods and je pistons but is there anything else i need to do to the stock motor? i want around 300-350 hp more if possible i will have a hondata s300 is there anything else i need?

Cometic Head Gasket
ARP Head Studs
ACL Race Bearing

and complete valvetrain unless you feel comfortable with the stock one you have
