I have a blown b18b1 automatic engine and im in the middle of buying a new engine..the new engine that i found is a manual b18 something..so my plan now is to just swap the parts that i need to rebuild my engine. now my question is...are the parts from the manual engine compatible with my automatic? like the crankshaft etc.etc. Thanks in advance.

It only change over if its the same motor a b18b, if its a b18c then it wont. Also if the one you found is a b18c your better off just keeping that and getting a manual transmission cause thats a better motor.

We would need to know what the donor motor is before we can help. You need to be a little more specific than "it's a b18 something".
