step 1. find out why it's not coming on
step 2. fix that
it could be any of the following:
low oil
clogged VTEC solenoid filter
bad VTEC solenoid
bad wire
bad ECU (maybe your computer has a virus
)
bad cam shafts
Has it ever worked? when was the last time you changed the oil? or checked it?
