No window, sunroof, or wiper power ?

I have my windows down about 6 inches and I went to roll them back up and nothing.
My sunroof won't work or my windshield wipers.
I checked all the fuses and the only thing I have done to the car today was change the head lights
Seems like a ground problem somewere but I already checked the ground that all 3 run off of.
If anybody knows how to fix this or at least get my windows up please let me know

I found a wiring diagram and there was a ground all the way up behind the passenger headlight that was caroded.
Took a while but its good now

It's like a delicate little princess lol one little thing is off and your day is spent tracking wires lol

Its the worst when a quick job turns into an all day event. Happens way too often. Very frustrating. Glad to see you figured it out.
