heres my problem, my p/s is removed and looped...i been hearing a noise when i turn the steering wheel coming from under the car, its been getting louder and louder over the months, i think its the power steering maybe and its just low on fluid maybe? is there anyone thats had a noise when turning the wheel when stopped or slow moving? its not the brakes, its not a wheel bearing (replaced those), im not a complete noob but i never messed with power steering or anything like that, just some motor and suspension stuff, should i fill up the thing? if so which line should i do, the top or side one? or does it matter? any ideas of what it could be? what to do besides swapping to a full out non p/s system off a civic?
