will i want to change either my valve gasket or my head gasket but dont know where to start taking off..
if you know the steps please let me know and tell me the steps thanks!

the valve gasket and head gasket is totally different. if you're asking on how to change the head gasket, i highly suggest you take it somewhere or let someone that actually knows how to do it.

the valve cover gasket is just a few bolts

as for the head gasket, you're required to remove the following
-valve cover
-timing belt cover
-timing belt
-remove head studs
-machine the mating surfaces
-new head gasket
-new head studs
and since you have the timing belt off
-new timing belt
-new water pump
-new water pump gasket
-torque everything to specs
-line up TDC on cams and pistons
-check with timing light

im sure i missed a few steps

ok thx... since taking that much parts off i rather just take it to the shop and let them do it because i dont want anything to mess up... thx for you guy's time.

Yes that would probably be best.

However no one seemed to mention that it could be more than a head gasket. Your head could be cracked, or your piston rings might be bad..
